Don lives life with the belief that keeping our bodies strong, through exercise and nutrition, leads to a more energetic and healthy lifestyle. A strong body sharpens the mind. That body-mind connection is vital in helping us to remain positive, reduce stress and enjoy life to the fullest. And Don helps his clients nurture that connection.

With more than 15 years’ experience in fitness and nutrition, combined with a background in nutritional supplementation, Don’s knowledge is extensive. He has a strong athletic background, including track and field, swimming, competitive hockey and bodybuilding. He also enjoys hiking, camping and off-road adventures. His wife, family and friends all add to his appreciation of life.

Don believes that working hard, having fun and being dedicated to maintaining a healthy body will improve your quality of life and make you feel fantastic. No matter what your age, it’s time to fully enjoy the freedom a strong body and spirit will give you. Step-by step, Don will help you accomplish your wellness goals.
