The Boxing Program is designed to teach physical endurance, mental toughness, punching techniques, body/ head movements (slip, bob, weave), and also to find each individuals unique “fighting range”. Boxing engages muscles through high intensity drills, used by many of the top professional fighters, and fight gyms today. The deltoids, biceps, triceps, shoulders, abs, quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, calves, chest and back are some of the major muscle groups that are developed while practising the art of boxing. Overall, boxing will challenge you to drive your body into a healthier, stronger structure, built from the core. While also developing greater confidence and self-esteem.
No previous boxing skills are required, just hard work and willingness to learn “The Sweet Science”.
